An AI Insight Report is a comprehensive analysis generated by our AI Agent in response to a specific question (e.g., "Why are users dropping off at checkout?"). It includes the chart, key findings summary, and the list of related session evidence.
If you reach your session or report limit, you will see an in-product notification informing you that you've reached your quota. You can continue to use the platform to view existing data, but new sessions will not be analyzed, and new AI reports cannot be generated until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
Yes. Unlike other platforms that delete session recordings after 30 or 90 days, UX Agent retains your analyzed session data and reports permanently as long as your account is active, allowing you to perform historical comparisons and long-term trend analysis.
